How do I submit my documents to the NCAA Eligibility Center?
The two most common documents you will need to send to the NCAA are your high school transcripts or your SAT or ACT test scores. In some cases you will need to send additional documents including your TOEFL iTD (non-native English speakers), additional high school course work documents or proof of amateurism. See below where and how to send the respective documents.
Official Copy of High School Transcripts – These must be official copies sent by your high school councilor or if sent by you, they must be in a tamper proof sealed envelope. If your high school councilor is sending your documents, the best way to do that is electronically. If your high school is unable to send transcripts electronically, they will need to be mailed to the following address:

SAT or ACT Test Scores – Only your official test scores sent by the testing center will be accepted by the NCAA. Your high school or the test scores listed on your transcripts will not be accepted. The best way to ensure your test scores get sent is during the registration for the test. The student athlete uses the code “9999” as one of the universities students would like their test scores sent to.
If you have already taken the SAT or ACT, you are going to need to go back to the testing agencies website and follow the instructions to have them send a copy of your test to the NCAA Eligibility Center. This will usually cost between $5 and $10 dollars. How to send SAT scores. How to send ACT scores.
TOEFL iTD – Student athletes need to select the NCAA Eligibility Center as a recipient of their test results at the time of registration. If you don’t select the NCAA at the time of registration, then you need to login to your account and have the TOEFL iTD testing agency send an official copy, for more instructions on that go here.
Sending Additional Documents to the NCAA Eligibility Center – If you are asked to send additional academic or amateurism documentation to the NCAA you will most likely use the following address.
